Our Free Estimates
We strive to offer you detailed, step-by-step estimates that walk you through the work to be done and any options you have for the type of work to be completed and the materials to be used.
This process starts with our head contractor, Thomas, visiting your site and evaluating with you, what you would like to have done and what challenges may be involved. After visiting on site, we create an estimate for your project, which depending on your project and the detail involved, could take from a few days to a few weeks of discussions and choices, back-and-forth with you. This additional detail and research into your specific project, prior to starting, allows for a smoother and less stressful project, with fewer surprises, changes and additional charges, once work starts.
When we are contacted for an estimate, clients are in various stages of planning, from just brainstorming an idea, to having plans, loans and budget set. We are happy to work with you in whatever stage you currently find yourself. In preparing for an estimate with us, it can be very beneficial to pull together and think about a number of aspects: your budget, any images or visuals or what you're looking for, blueprints (if applicable and you already have them) and any specific materials or details you want used. Having these aspects ready for us, will ensure that you will have a more accurate estimate!
We will always create a custom estimate, specific to your project and needs, however, if you would like to view some of our previous estimates, to get an idea of what our estimates look like (without the prices, since materials change daily, we don't want to have an inaccurate representation of the prices for any project), just click on the estimate you'd like to see below.
